Founder’s note · Week of 2026-09-28
This week was mostly about turning several experiments into more serious products.
CutDone made the biggest progress. I continued improving the Pro version and the $4.99 one-time pricing, added the AI Goal Breakdown workflow, and launched the first Action Pack, “Life Essentials,” with 60 practical actions. I also spent a lot of time fixing SEO, URL normalization, production issues, and small UI problems instead of simply adding more features.
OnePersonCoHQ also became more like a real operating system for my one-person company. CEO Today, Validation, Portfolio, Weekly Review, release-safety checks, and clearer product evidence are now taking shape. I am gradually moving from “building many websites” to deciding which products actually deserve my time.
I also rebuilt my development setup after discovering that slow storage was dragging down builds and browser tests.
Lesson of the week: With AI, building things is becoming easy. Deciding what is worth building — and knowing when to stop adding features — is becoming the harder part.
